Refund & Cancellation Policy
Dik Buddy is a coaching and education service. We do not promise physical or medical outcomes, so refunds are based on service delivery — not on results.
Coaching sessions
If a coach cancels or does not attend a scheduled session, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled session, whichever you prefer. Sessions you miss without at least 12 hours notice are not refundable.
Plans
A plan purchase can be cancelled for a full refund any time before your plan is generated and delivered. Once the personalised plan has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable.
Checkup report unlock
The one-time report unlock gives you instant access to your detailed results, so it is non-refundable once unlocked. If a payment is charged and the report does not unlock, contact us and we will refund it in full.
How to request a refund
Raise a refund request from your dashboard. We review requests within 7 business days and process approved refunds back to the original payment method through our payment provider. Bank processing can take an additional 5–7 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available where an account has breached our Terms, or where a duplicate or fraudulent transaction is being investigated.
